1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BetOS platform and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Velantis Group N.V.

2. Description of Services

BetOS provides a modular software-as-a-service platform for casino and betting operations management. Services include but are not limited to: bonus engine management, lottery and lucky wheel systems, SMS and email communication platforms, OTP verification, domain management, accessibility monitoring, live address distribution, URL shortening, and eSIM management.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations, and providing accurate and up-to-date information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe upon intellectual property rights; distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the proper functioning of the platform; or engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or business.

5. Licensing & Compliance

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals required to operate casino and betting services in their respective jurisdictions. BetOS provides the technology platform only and does not guarantee regulatory compliance on behalf of its clients.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the BetOS platform are owned by Velantis Group N.V. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetOS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment of fees, legal or regulatory requirements, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cura\u00E7ao. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
