1. About BetOS & Data Collection

BetOS is a business-to-business (B2B) software platform that provides tools for casino and betting operators. We do not collect end-user account registration data. The only user-related data processed by BetOS is what our operator clients choose to provide through our platform, such as client IDs, usernames, and other operator-defined identifiers. We do not independently gather, store, or process personal information of end users beyond what operators transmit to our systems.

2. Information Processed on Behalf of Operators

When operators use BetOS modules, certain data may be transmitted to our platform including client identifiers (client ID, username), transaction references and bonus activity data, communication metadata (SMS delivery status, email open rates), and domain and access monitoring records. This data is processed solely to provide the requested services and is controlled by the operator, not by BetOS.

3. Platform Usage Data

For our operator clients who access the BetOS dashboard, we may collect login credentials and session information, device and browser information for security purposes, IP addresses for access control, and usage analytics to improve platform performance.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, regular security audits and penetration testing, multi-factor authentication, and role-based access controls. Despite our efforts, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell any data. We may share information with trusted infrastructure providers who assist in operating our platform, when required by law or regulatory authorities, and to protect our rights, safety, or property. Operator data is never shared with third parties without the operator's explicit consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain operator-transmitted data only for as long as necessary to provide the contracted services. When an operator's contract ends or data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data retention schedule.

7. Operator Responsibilities

Operators using BetOS are responsible for ensuring they have obtained all necessary consents from their end users before transmitting data to our platform. Operators must comply with applicable data protection regulations in their jurisdictions, including GDPR, KVKK, and other local privacy laws.

8. Cookies

The BetOS dashboard uses essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
